From Houston take 288 South to Hwy 6. Hwy 6 east to Alvin and take a right on Hwy 35 heading south. About 6 Miles outside of Alvin you will take a left on CR 192. Now on 192 you will travel approx 8 Miles and Lutes will be on your left. Look for the Blue Boat stalls. Hope to see you soon.

With Chocolate being a waterway with high sides ,the wind is normally blocked creating a smooth ride. Avoid the rough lakes and the boat traffic coming from every direction and head down to Chocolate.

For only $75 bucks a night you can rent our 2 bedroom 1 bath cabin which is fully furnished. This place has a nice yard for cooking out and is just a few steps to the water. ***Call for availability****

Each RV pad is pull thru and has water and 30 and 50 amp connections. A picnic table and burn rig are also provided. We have 2 floating docks for swimming and fishing or just relaxing and watching the boats go by.

 Angler Amber landed this sweet fat speck today and they never left the bayou. Her group had a few nice fish in the cooler despite the wind .
